Viral marketing Networking Setup Instructions:
Everyone is looking for ways to get more exposure whether it be a posting, art work or business opportunity. Creating a viral marketing network is very simple, Create a widget, select a keyword that everyone in the network agrees to use and wah-lah the viral marketing has begun.
Creating the Widget
- Get a Twitter Account
- Get a Blogger Account
- Go to your Twitter account and click on the About Link located in the right navigation area at the very end. (It is a small link so you have to look for it).
- Click on Resources and you will see 4 different categories select Widgets
- Click on My Website
- Select Search Widget - In the Search Widget box type in "Networking Champs" (The rest of the information is up to you to determine a name that fits your widget. You can also design it any way you like).
- Once your are done stylizing your widget click on Finish & Grab Code Button at the bottom of page.
- Copy the code
Adding Twitter Widget to your Blogger
- Open up your blogger account.
- Select the Design link for the blog you wish to add the widget to.
- Click on Add A Gadget
- Scroll down the list and select HTML/Javascript
- Paste your Twitter Widget code in the box that appears.
- Save it and your are done.
Once you have completely setup the twitter widget all you have to do is type "Networking Champs" (without the quotes) when you make or share a tweet on twitter. The tweet will appear on everyone who is in the networks twitter widget and vice versa. The bigger the network the larger the audience.
Think of this as free advertising!
