Here are the steps to follow:

2.) Get them to join for Free and offer to pay to help them get started.
3.) Have them join Zip Nada Zilch and have them complete one offer.
4.) Use the $20 gift you receive to upgrade them to Lesson 2.
5.) Teach them to repeat the same steps above.
Why does this work?
First of all your not asking them to purchase anything to join. People don't like to join things that is going to cost them money because they fear of loosing their money on a scam. You have to reduce the fear by offering something that will help them so they can see results. Plus the system has to be easy to duplicate or you could loose them as a referral too.
Now, of course they will have complete an offer when they join Zip Nada Zilch but they will make enough money in Onex to cover the one offer at Zip Nada Zilch. When I joined Zip Nada Zilch I found the least expensive offer I could find. It cost me $4.99 for a 30 day trial and then I canceled it before my trial was up only because the offer didn't give me what I was looking for.
